What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information from Google.

How We Use Your Data

• Account management: Your email and name are used to manage your account and communicate with you.
• Resume storage: When you tailor a resume, we store your original resume text, the job description, and the tailored output so you can access your history and compare versions. You can delete any saved resume from your dashboard at any time.
• Usage tracking: We track the number of AI actions you make (tailors, ATS scans, interview prep) to enforce plan limits.
• Payment processing: If you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: Your resume and job description text are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. This data is subject to OpenAI's API data usage policies. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train their models.
• Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and database storage.
• Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Data Retention

Your tailored resumes, original resume text, and job descriptions are stored in your account so you can access your history. You can delete individual resumes from your dashboard. Your account data and usage history are retained until you delete your account.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
